After deciding to throw a party for my husband and ordering 18 large trays from a Cuban restaurant in the next town over.... this was the moment when we worried how the heck we would get all of this food to our house and with as little mess as possible. The restaurant we ordered from suggested we use eAT-S and we gladly accepted the referral. I was contacted about 3 weeks before the party date to introduce themselves and run me through the process of delivery pick up and delivery. This immediately set my mind at ease. On the day of the party I received a text stating they were at the restaurant to pick up the order, a text message saying they were leaving with my order and a text when they were a few minutes away. They double and triple checked my order to make sure everything was there. The arranged the food and organized it so we can access the dishes we wished to put out for our guests. They were so amazing and so friendly...in fact, people at my house that met them wished they were guests at the party because we liked them from the minute we met them. I will be using their service for any and everything we order in the future!! They are the best!! Thank you eat-s! You guys are incredible!!
I’ve been using eAT-s for a few years and I usually never give reviews but this service app definitely needs to be on every high desert residents phone. They’re the only ones who work with almost every restaurant up here. Never have I had any issues with this local business and their customer service is outstanding and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for actually caring about your customers!
Love this service. Friendly, fast service right to your door. Update: I order from here at least once a day. I love the people that work here. They are very friendly and professional. I also love the fact they do not have a minimum you need to meet to order. They are very accurate with the orders and have never gotten an order wrong yet. They also call you if there are any problems with the order or they have a question. I really love that about them. They make sure to grab extra sauce and eating utensils as well.
Ordered from my favorite local place today for the first time using this service, and had the immense pleasure of meeting Lee, who is the owner. Not only was the food delivered before expected, Lee was an exceptionally pleasant individual who you can tell cares about his customers and helping them in any way he can. I will absolutely be ordering from this service again and highly recommend it to anyone in the high desert area, satisfaction is a guarantee.

At Hallelujah Barbecue? The food is great. I have so far tried the barbecue chicken and the ribs. Ribs win out. EVERYONE raves over their food.

From out of state, I wanted to send thai food to my BFF who just had a baby and was craving it. NONE of the other platforms in the HD carried any delivery options for what she wanted (grubhub, others) and eAT-S came to the rescue in a BIG way. Even with a snafu about the address I sent them, they were SUPER communicative, friendly, and the food was fast, hot, and delicious. Amazing service and I'll definitely use them again before any other services.
